How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to fluctuating pick up time for UPS, same day shipping cannot be guaranteed. If your order includes items which must ship the same day, please contact us to verify availability. All orders are shipped and insured by UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please note that once an order has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Please contact us for your tracking number. You can track your order on UPS site.
My order never arrived. What do I do?
If your package does not arrive within 10 days of your order date, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with UPS.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
Do you ship to my country?

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

How do I return an item?
All sales are final. Absolutely no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges. Please report shipping, invoice errors or damaged merchandise within three(3) days of receipt of shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Lucky Imports will only replace or repair items with manufacturer defects. Authorized returns must be received by Lucky Imports within seven(7) working days from date of authorization. Authorized returns must be unused and returned in original packaging. In the case an item cannot be repaired or replaced, a store credit will be issued.
How do I claim damaged items?
If you receive a box that has been damaged, please call us immediately so we can file a claim with UPS. If we are not notified of the damage claim with 3 days of receipt of your shipment, we will assume that the package was delivered in good condition. If the item you ordered was damaged during shipment please notify us immediately by e-mail and a picture of the merchandise.

When will my credit card be charged?
Customers are responsible for payment upon placing an order. In case that total is not paid in entirety upon placing an order, 15% deposit fee is required to hold the order. If within seven(7) days the remaining total is not paid in full, deposit will be forfeited towards restocking fee and order will be cancelled.
Cancelled and Returned orders
15% restocking fee will be charged for returned shipment and cancelled processed orders. Furthermore, customers are responsible for all freight charges on parcels that are refused or are shipped to incorrect address provided.
Due to manufacturing and/or dye lot variations, Lucky Imports is not responsible for products that vary slightly from descriptions, measurements or photos. Colors vary slightly due to manufacturing process specific to each product. Products seen on line do not always represent an identical color mach due to hue/contract setting on your monitor. Some photos have been enhanced.
